Incentives for independent anti-corruption experts involved in lawmaking

Abstract

In the article the problem of stimulation of independent experts authorized to carry out anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their projects is investigated. The author suggests measures of material and moral incentives that will improve the effectiveness of independent anti-corruption expert activity.
