Licensing terms

1. The journal is published under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ and in accordance with Open Access principles.
2. The copyright notice included in the journal issues refers to the copyright of the title, which belongs to the Pomeranian University in Słupsk. The copyright of all individual articles belongs to their authors, who make them available by granting a Creative Commons license (CC BY 4.0).
3. We provide immediate free access to the journal and allow any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of articles, index them, transfer them as data to software or use them for any other lawful purpose.
4. The full texts of all publications are available immediately, without embargo period, without registration, for free and Open Access. A fee is charged only for the print version of the journal.
5. Annales Pomorienses. Ius does not charge its Authors for publishing articles (there is no fee for submission, printing, publication) and fully implements the Open Access policy.
6. Annales Pomorienses. Ius operates on the basis of the Open Access publishing policy. This is a model designed to enable free dissemination of academic knowledge to readers. In this publishing model, content is fully available to readers for free, and there are no publication costs.
7. With a Creative Commons license, the author retains copyright and users can reuse the content. Authors retain all copyrights -authors will not be forced to sign copyright transfer agreements.
